Make the most of your KOA Convention experience by registering for our optional off-site activities! These private, KOA-only group outings offer a great way to connect with others while enjoying unique local experiences.

You may select one outing for Monday and one outing for Thursday. All tours will depart from the Kansas City Marriott Downtown — KOA's host hotel for the 2026 KOA Convention. Please be sure to arrive on time, as departure times are listed below.

Please Note:
These tours are not included in the standard convention registration cost. Additional registration fees apply and are noted below. If you need to cancel your registration, please do so no later than November 1st by emailing koaevents@koa.net. No refunds will be issued after November 1st.

You can register for the offsite events during the convention registration process.

If you have already registered for convention, and want to add on an event or update your selection, just follow these simple steps:

1. Log in to your KOA Convention registration using the email and password you registered with, then click Retrieve Registration.
2. From the left-hand menu, click Edit Registration, then scroll to Optional Events and select Yes to choose or change your activity.
3. Click Update Registration and complete payment on the payment screen.

That’s it! Your registration is updated.
